IMCV Hajj Program
BACKGROUND
IMCV is a non-for-profit organization which is being run and managed by volunteers focusing on the well beings of the Indonesian muslim community in Victoria.
IMCV Hajj Service is another division under IMCV which provides assistance, guidance and help to those member of the community who are planning to go for hajj pilgrimage.
ROLE
Manasik – The knowledge about fiqh of hajj - Tausiah – Ustad led tutorials & info sessions - Hajj practical know-how (e.g. logistics, etc) - Recomm. letter issuer for visa processing - Facilitator between hajj provider and jamaah - Providing an ‘Amir’ for jamaah - Hajj awareness & dakwah program - We’re not yet a full hajj provider – we might be someday as there are plans for this.
